About Dave

This is the story of how one event has
changed my life for the better.

I was a 19 stone pie munching truck driver, My weight now is 12 stone, I want this site to be free for all to use giving advice and tips on positive ways to a healthier lifestyle, Without paying to be on a Diet, please don't pay for a over rated diet when all you have to do is make simple changes, you can do one small thing every month. I'm from Berkshire, Love living where I do, I Really enjoy what I do for a living, and totally fell into the role, now driving a 26 Ton Truck with large Crane on the Back to help with the work our company covers,

I'm a very positive person even when I was a proper fat lad, loved going to the pub and watching live sports, often go to Twickenham to watch rugby, F1, Football, and cycling at velodromes. I now take part in events that I used to just watch, We plan on doing some group rides for people from this website inc: Brighton to London Event in March 2018 Along with Regular Outcast Rides inc London to Windsor to London or just do part of the ride to join us for a chat, coffee and the best part cake because you'll be burning it all off,

As I travel around the UK with my work, taking my bike on the back of the truck I can arrange to meet almost anywhere and go for a little ride, I'm now happy for training rides to be between 15 to 65 kms so your ability is taken into account, I'll be adding what I eat along with videos of preparation along with videos of rides I do on my own as a team and with the Outcasts group (a great bunch of cycling guys and girls that wish everyone joyful rides) If I can get companies to sponsor the site or myself i'll be happy to use the funds to arrange Introduction rides for new or keen to be new people looking to change their own lifestyles around, Once you start your journey this way, you'll know a diet is not for you, but, a lifestyle change is the way forward

My Food

My Food

My Food: Your questions to me answered. The way I started to cook. As the numbers in my social media grow, I get a lot of messages about what I eat, More importantly what I did eat at the start of my journey which is probably more help than what I eat now, as I tend to stuff my little fat face before I do any challenge.
